Now it is our responsibility to regain its glory by making indigenous laws that will suit Indian conditions, especially with land titling. Today, multiple agencies dealing with land record makes one confused while extracting information regarding a topic of research. Many more shortcomings of such system are focused by not touching the empirics, but the exhaustive literature to understand this system in a comprehensive way that will consequently enable the necessity and approach to deal with the situation.
